Please note that all items are one of a kind and handcrafted. As such, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once the items has been picked up or shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer two options for receiving your handcrafted item:
1. Local Pickup (Calgary): Free pickup is available at our shop location in Calgary.
You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
2. Flat-Rate Shipping (Canada-Wide): A flat shipping fee of $30 applies to all orders shipped within Canada. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow time for production and shipping, as each piece is individually handcrafted with care.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Each piece is made to order and can be personalized to suit your preferences. If you're looking for something unique, we’d love to collaborate—please reach out to us to discuss your vision before placing your order.
Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our work, orders take approximately 4 weeks from the date of purchase to complete. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create something special just for you.
